qklnk provides URL shortening, click tracking, and conversion attribution services. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using qklnk, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
The qklnk name, logo, and service are owned by Devtomic LLC. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service.
You grant us a limited license to process your links and data as necessary to provide the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devtomic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
